Processing for feed ingredients
Poultry
From the poultry application fresh soft or ‘bony’ product, free from feather, is collected and chilled (if needed) before it is processed into a high-complex protein digestibility line, where protein is converted into peptide and peptones or amino acids solution. The product is turned into concentrate or dried into a powder with high-protein content, high palatability, improved attractant and 100% solubility.

Seafood leftover
From the seafood application fresh soft or frame or head leftovers from filleting, can be collected in good manager, before they are processed into the high-complex protein digestibility line for conversion of protein into peptide and peptones or amino acids solution. The final product is concentrated and dried into a powder with high protein and low ash content, improved palatability functionalities and subprime (high) digestibility.
