Fat Filtrator

The Haarslev Fat Filtrator removes solids and fines from fatty sludge discharged by screw presses. Installed upstream of a decanter centrifuge, it reduces solids load, wear and maintenance, while improving fat flow consistency. A vibrating inclined screen separates fat from larger particles, which are conveyed to discharge. With tool-free screen changes, easy cleaning and compact installation, this boosts reliability in rendering lines of all sizes.
