Automation and control

Press performance control

CORE-PRS automatically regulates choke pressure, screw load and motor torque to maintain stable press performance and consistent cake dryness. This reduces overload events, optimises energy consumption and compensates for variations in raw material inputs, improving reliability and fat-extraction efficiency.

Exchange program

Service Exchange Programme

Haarslev’s Service Exchange Programme enables fast replacement of worn press components with factory-refurbished units. This keeps downtime to a minimum, restores press performance and ensures consistent cake quality while lowering maintenance costs compared to full rebuilds.
