Horizontal Hydrolyzer
The Haarslev Horizontal Hydrolyser converts wet poultry feathers into hydrolysed material suitable for high-value feed production. A continuous-feed screw compresses the feathers into a dense plug, so that pressure inside the chamber builds up. Direct and indirect steam injection then breaks down the cellular structure while an agitator ensures uniform hydrolysis. With few moving parts, built-in safeguards, low steam use and delivery fully assembled, this unit provides stable, automated and energy-efficient feather processing.
