The Haarslev Pre-breaker reduces whole carcasses, offal and bones from meat and poultry plants into smaller pieces as a first processing stage. Its slow-rotating breaker shaft handles foreign objects such as trapped metal, while hard-faced knives and a rugged housing ensure long life under heavy loads. Available in single- and twin-shaft designs, it delivers consistent particle size over 30 mm, improving downstream crusher efficiency and overall rendering performance.
