Pump-fed Grinder

The Haarslev Pump-Fed Grinder is designed for reducing particle size in soft, viscous and pumpable animal by-products. A dedicated feed pump provides a constant flow that eliminates slippage and ensures clean cutting. With a pressure transmitter regulating the pump, the grinder maintains optimal pressure on the hole plate, reducing wear on knives and improving output quality. Optional separator units remove hard particles, and multiple configurations fit fluidizer systems in rendering, pet food and fat-melting plants.
