Rotative Fat Drainer

The Haarslev Rotative Fat Drainer continuously separates fat from solids in cooked greaves or from the discharge of screw presses. A rotating perforated drum drains free fat while internal spray nozzles prevent blockages and maintain hygienic operation. Solids move steadily toward the outlet, while captured fat is collected and pumped away. With easy-access doors for cleaning and low-tech, reliable operation, this improves fat quality, reduces downstream load and supports efficient dry rendering.
