Waste Food Depacker

The Haarslev Waste Food Depacker is a high-speed hammer mill designed to open, separate and reduce the size of packaged food waste for biogas and organic recycling applications. It breaks packaging, releases the organic fraction and removes contaminants so the slurry can be pumped to anaerobic or aerobic digestion in as clean a state as possible. With replaceable wear plates, water dosing for dry material, hydraulic opening for fast inspection and a heavy-duty welded frame, it provides reliable, high-capacity depacking for waste streams up to 10–15 tons/hour.
