Pelagia is the leading producer of fish for human consumption and manages 28 departments in Norway, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, and Ukraine.
Having decided to utilize nearly 100% of the fish, a complete fishmeal production line for drying high-quality fishmeal was manufactured, designed, and delivered by Haarslev to Pelagia.
After travelling 1800km, the 500 tons plant was ready for the first test run only after only 36 days and is a great success, the plant has a capacity of handling 15 tons of fishmeal per hour.
